1. Hirer or guarantor should follow and execute all terms and conditions mentioned in this contract:

1. Salik Crossing will be charged to the renter @AED 5/- per Crossing

2. The vehicle is delivered to the hirer in good condition as per the checkout list (which will be duly signed by the hirer) with radiator and oil reservoirs full. The hirer undertakes to ensure sufficient water and oil in the vehicle at all times.

3. The hirer declares that he is licensed to drive the hired vehicle according to the U.A.E Traffic laws including all those persons Whose names mentioned in the rental Agreement as authorized to drive it

4. The hirer also undertakes to return the vehicle to the company for periodical Service as mentioned on the checklist and the vehicle indicating next service due. Failing to do so, any mechanical defect that may manifest due to the above negligence, the hirer will be held liable for all cost that may be incurred to repair such damages, and of any loss of hirer. The company may suffer.

5. The hirer is responsible to pay the excess amount of insurance charges of 2500/-AED to CITY WAY CAR RENTAL LLC against any accident caused to the vehicle and must submit all required papers to the police / court and office to claim any damage charges from the Insurance company. The Hirer will be responsible to pay the hire charges for the period to be taken for repair or such damages

6. In Case of any mechanical damage that occur to the vehicle. Hirer should stop the vehicle & inform the City Way Car Rental LLC Directly

7. Hirer is responsible if he repairs the vehicle without a written permission from the City Way Car Rental LLC

8. Hirer undertakes to drive the vehicle by persons who are licensed to drive in U.A.E. And must get written approval on that from CITY WAY CAR RENTAL LLC

9. Hirer should not use the vehicle in any races, rallies or competitions

10. Hirer is responsible for any complaint, case, traffic offences or any obligations regarding the vehicle required by City Way or the official authorities, which occurs within the hire time. Also the hirer will be alone responsible it he uses the vehicle to transport any forbidden items that considered as illegal as per any of the U.A.E. Law. Hirer also should pay the full amount of the contract until an arrangement is reached between him and City Way Car Rental LLC

11. Hirer should return back the vehicle at the end of the hiring period mentioned in the contract, and the vehicle should be in a good condition as in the hirer contract after settle all his dues and after checking with, and obtaining the approval of City Way Car Rental LLC to renew the hire period, otherwise each delaying day of hire will be accounted as double at the daily hire value mentioned in the contract

12. One Day hire means 24 hours and extra hour will be calculated as the hirer should notify extension or hire period and pay an extra deposit if required.

13. Hirer is responsible for all damages and repairs that occur to the vehicle within the hire period, and he will pay the full amount contract until the damages are repaired

14. If no previous agreement has been made for the weekly or month rate, then the hirer is liable to pay the daily rate.

15. I have authorized M/s City Way Car Rental LLC UAE to debit me for all traffic violation charges during the tenure of this contract along with their service charges of 100/- AED against each fine.

16. The hire undertakes not to stick colored paper glass or any other stickers on the vehicle body otherwise hire should pay a compensation of 500/-AED for CITY WAY CAR RENTAL LLC and will bear alone the full responsibility in front of the concerned authorities.

17. The hirer has been informed that any accident that might occur to him while he is under the influence of alcohol or drugs will mean that he is bound to pay full compensation for any losses or damages to vehicle, and he will be full responsible before the authorities, and the agreed.

18. Maximum running kilometers for limited RA is 250 km per dav.1500 km week and 4500 km per month extra Kilometer will be chargeable @ 0.50 per km.

19. In the event of an accident that results in the elimination of the car while it is under rent, the hirer must bear the responsibility of the rent payment until CITY WAY CAR LLC has received all its rights from the insurance company. The hirer must also bear the responsibility paying an difference between the price of the vehicle according to its purchasing bill and the compensation sum paid by the insurance company to City Wav Car Rental LLC
20. One Day hire means 24 hours and extra hour will be calculated as full day. The hirer will notify extension of hire period and pay extra deposit if required.

21. In case of Amount outstanding is not paid in time City Way Car Rental L.L.C has the right to charge 30% of the total outstanding as service charge.

22. Any Security Deposit Will Return After Three Months.

23. It is the hirer’s duty to ensure the vehicle and its instruments are not damaged or tampered with.

24. City way car rental has the right to take the proper procedures against the hirer if he did not execute the contract conditions.

25. The sponsor undertakes full responsibility or the hirer’s commitment to this contract.

26. Hirer will be charged AED 100 for each additional driver

27. CITY WAY CAR RENTAL LLC shall not be held accountable for any loss of goods.

28. Vehicles taken on rent from Speedy Drive Car Rental LLC may only be driven within the geographical boundaries of the United Arab Emirates.

29. The vehicle is to be returned after the rental period with the same fuel level as when it was hired. Fuel charges may apply if the fuel level is significantly lower.

30. The hirer must obtain a police report for any damage caused during their rental period.

31. In the event that the car is fully damaged or cancelled, the hirer is liable to pay Dhs. 5,000+20% Value of the car including the daily rate while under repair

32. The Hirer is liable to pay City Way Car Rental LLC on demand.

a) Rental charges agreed between City Way Car Rental LLC and renter as detailed overleaf.
b) Additional rental charges including service charges it the vehicle is left elsewhere without the written consent of City Way Car Rental.
